A Super Sunday!

Today is one of the best Sundays we have had here. We had two investigators come to church and two less active families that we have been working with. We were so thrilled and our meetings were so good. The Cornells and Hollie came. And also the Vegas and Sis Watham came, (We are teaching her daughter, Julie.)

We always stand at the door and greet everyone so we can be sure we know them all and also we want to meet all of the investigators and sit by them. We were about ready to go sit down by ourselves, when in walks Hollie with her baby. We cheered for her! Then we got settled in our seats and in walked the Cornell couple!! We were so happy about that.

Then we had the opening prayer and in walks Sis Wathams daughter and also the Vega Family. We got the Watham girl to sit by us and then her mother came in and sat by us too. We were surrounded by all of these people. It was just a neat experience! Thank you Heavenly Father. We have been praying for them.

The talks in Sacrament Meeting were on families and very good. Then we had Sunday School and went to the Gospel Essentials class and he talked about Israel and the ten trives, and also the Abrhamic Covenant. Because we had Bro. Cornell who is Jewish, we were very happy about that. Then we had the fifth Sunday Meeting and he talked about how we are a ward family and how we need to work together. I know they enjoyed it all very much, even tho Hollie left after Sacrament meeting. We need to work on getting her to stay for all of the meetings.

PEC was good and they are really starting to work with us and our contacts. Maybe they are starting to take us more seriously as time goes by. The problem is that we are beginning to feel so attached to the people in the ward. I guess that isn't a problem, but it just makes it difficult to leave.

This has been a good and fulfilling day. We did some planning tonight for the week and are ready to start anew. Maybe we will find a new investigator. That would be cool. We talked to Megan, Suzette, Alyson, Laura, Alysa, Jon and read about everyone else on line. Families are so wonderful!
