I started the day off by talking to Jenn and Jon and wishing them happy birthday! I hope it was a good one for them. It seems like yesterday that we were telling everyone we were having twins and how excited we were. It was such a great and busy time for us. They were such cute babies and the only really little ones that we had. They used to hold hands and walk into Sacrament meeting together. It was so cute. They're still cute, but now in a more indepth way. They are both dependable and responsible adults. That really makes us old.

Today was Saturday and we thought it would be a great day to call people on the phone and make appointments to go see them and meet some of them for the first time. After breakfast and study time I started calling people to make appointments. No one was home, so then we decided that maybe they were just not answering their phones. So we hopped in the car and went out to find them.

That was a huge mistake because we drove and drove to four or five different homes that were difficult to find and when we got there, no one was at home anyway! We spent about two hours doing that before we gave up. We just came home and had a planning meeting for what we are going to do next week. Hopefully by having a plan, Heavenly Father will know where he can help us better.

But we have had a good day, working with the spirit and talking about the things we wanted to do in this Branch. Leon is still working on getting the Branch list fixed and updated for the President. He has spent an immense amount of time doing that. He has made a list of every branch family and under their name put everything that has ever happened in this Branch involving them. There are several in the Branch that have been offended. I think we are going to pretend that we don't know anything about it and go and visit them anyway.

We are excited because we think two of our investigators are coming to church tomorrow, the Cornells and Hollie.
